Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Ⅰ. Return & Exchange Period

  • In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you have the right to request a return, refund, or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Return, refund, or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item; requests made after this period will not be processed.

Ⅱ. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Appearance Defects: Clear signs of wear or damage.

  • Quality Issues: Missing accessories or damaged packaging.

  • Odor or Discoloration: Unusual smells or noticeable color differences.

  • Handling Damage: Products damaged during transportation, assembly, or storage.

  • Product Modification: Items that have been permanently altered or customized.

  • Incorrect Items: Products received do not match the ones ordered.

  • No Reason Return: Returns without the need for an explanation.

Ⅲ. Return Process

  • To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with the following information:

    • Order number

    • Proof of payment (e.g., screenshot or receipt)

    • At least one clear product photo or related video

  • Upon approval, we will send you a PDF prepaid shipping label and return instructions.

  • Properly pack the item and print the label to attach to the package.

  • The prepaid shipping label is valid for 7 days, and the item must be returned to the designated carrier within this period.

Ⅳ. Return Conditions and Costs

  • For returns within 14 days, shipping and handling fees are covered by the platform.

Ⅴ. Refund and Exchange Processing

  • Exchange: Once the returned item is received and verified, a replacement item will be sent out immediately with tracking details provided.

  • Refund: After receiving and confirming the product, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard).

  • The expected processing time is 10-15 business days.

  • If you do not receive your refund within the expected time, please contact our customer support team with proof.
